Classes held at integral ballet, 1842 Merrick rd in Merrick

Adult Jazz is a mixed level (beginner friendly), cumulative course that includes cardio, core strengthening, stretch, across the floor battements, turn and allegro combinations (turning is always optional in adult classes). Progressions and combinations will build from week to week throughout the six week session.

Recommended dress code is form fitted dance attire such as a leotard or tank top, jazz pants, stretch pants or tights, jazz shoes or ballet slippers.
